Our customers are important to us. Please rest assure that your details will not be forwarded to any third party companies or mailing lists and our website has security features to protect you against credit card fraud. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses unless you have opted in to receive them.
We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or misuse.
Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified in writing/email within 2 working days of receipt. We will replace or refund the damaged goods as required, however we may require the damaged goods to be returned to us whereby we recommend you obtaining proof of postage from the dispatching post office.
Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods that are non-food can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning items and must ensure any items are returned in original packaging, sealed packs, in original condition. Again we would suggest obtaining proof of postage in case goods fails to be received by us.
Items are described as accurately as possible, however colour, sizes or text descriptions may have slight variations. The Cake House shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

By proceeding with an online order you agree to our terms and conditions. Submitting an order which is then dispatched by us enters you into a binding contract.
Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our Web site are accurate, sometimes errors may occur. If we find this whilst processing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible to give you the choice, if you would like to proceed or cancel the item. If at this stage you have already paid for goods you wish to cancel, you will receive a refund for this item. All items are subject to availability.
All delivery errors, shortages, or damages must be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery, so they can be corrected and after this time we accept no liability.
